Our company offers 2D / 3D laser cutting.
In our machine park, we have an efficient laser cutter from a reputable company BLM LC5 , which allows us to process a sheet of metal with a replaceable table with dimensions of 3000×1500, as well as profiles and pipes with a diameter of 12-120 and a maximum length of a cut detail of 3500mm.
The 6kW resonator source allows us to process various materials such as:
– black steel, – up to 25mm thick
– stainless steel, – up to 25mm thick
– aluminum, – up to a thickness of 20mm
– copper, – up to 10mm thick
– brass – up to a thickness of 12mm
Upon customer request, made by
we finish us the details in the following way:
– galvanic zinc
– hot dip galvanizing
– powder coating

-*dxf lub *dwg dla powierzchni płaskich (2D)
-*step lub *igs dla rur i profili (3D)
Dokumentacja wysłana w formacie jpg,pdf , wydłuża czas pracy technologa, co wiąże się z dłuższym procesem wyceny oraz dodatkowymi kosztami z tym związanymi.
3.Zapytania powinny zawierać informacje takie jak:
-Rodzaj materiału
-Materiał: wykonawcy lub powierzony
-Ilość detali
-Operacje do wykonania na detalu (gięcie,spawanie,gwintowanie itp.)
-Termin realizacji
4.Minimalna kwota zamówienia:
Cięcie laserowe 2D – 100zł netto (cena bez kosztów pakowania,transportu)
Cięcie laserowe 3D – 450zł netto (cena bez kosztów pakowania,transportu), cena dotyczy jednego rodzaju profili lub rur
